Frequently Asked Questions
We do not accept interns or volunteers due to our small production space and crucial timing of the brewing process and legalities of the alcohol business. Sorry.
Sorry mates, we can’t ship beer but encourage you to ask for our brew at establishments all over the Emerald Coast of Florida and Alabama.
Our beer is in numerous locations all over the Emerald Coast of Florida including Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Ft. Walton, Destin, Highway 30A, Panama City Beach and Apalachicola. We have also sailed into Alabama, mostly along the gulf coast.
Yes, we can fill another brewery’s growler. The refill cost for a 32oz (quart) growler is $4.50, a 64oz (half gallon) growler is $9.00, and a 128oz (gallon) growler is $17.50.
These are the only three sizes that we can fill by Florida state law. We cannot fill liter growlers or any other sizes.
We have a 32oz growler and a 64oz growler for purchase. The 32oz growler is $11 and the 64oz growler is $17.50, which includes your first fill. The growler is yours to keep and you can bring it back to have it refilled.
We offer an 8 gallon (1/4 barrel) and a 15.5 gallon (1/2 barrel). The 8 gallon is $87 to $99 and the 15.5 gallon is $139 to $155 depending on the style. There is a $100 deposit for the keg and a $100 deposit for the party pump and bucket (if needed).
Reservations need to be made at least a week in advance, to insure that we have the beer you desire (some of our beers are seasonal, so not all of our beers are available at all times). Payment for kegs can be made the day of pickup, as we only accept cash or personal checks. No credit cards are accepted.
We have t-shirts, pint glasses, koozies, gift certificates and more. We do not ship at this time, so all merchandise must be purchased in the taproom.
In addition to our delicious brews, we also sell wine and cider for our gluten-free friends.
Isn’t beer considered food? We do not serve food, but you are welcome to bring in your own to enjoy with our brews.
We are a cash only establishment. We accept cash and personal checks. We do have an ATM on premise for your convenience. We do not accept credit cards.
We do not rent out the brewery for private parties, but we invite you to enjoy our outside courtyard that is available for casual gatherings. The rental cost is $100, and we can provide you with a tent and tables for food. You can purchase a keg for your guests or run a tab inside the taproom. Please call the taproom manager for more details.
We have limited windows of opportunity for private tours as our brewery is small and we can’t compromise production, so we can only consider small corporate or non-profit groups on a case-by-case basis.
Tours are available most Saturdays at 3:30 pm. with a few exceptions such as festival weekends. The cost is $5 per person and includes a pint of beer for those of legal drinking age.
Our taproom is open Monday - Thursday noon to 9pm, Friday and Saturday noon to 11pm, and Sunday noon to 8pm. Well-behaved four-legged friends are welcome to join you.
