Episode 3: The Mash

Today we're going to start the discussion of the brewing process from mashing to fermentation. The mash process starts with your recipe formulation of your different malt types needed for different styles of beer. Here at PBB, we're pretty rigid on adhering to style characteristics and standards. So, we pick our grains based on the style of beer we're brewing!
