Queen Anne's Revenge
Imperial Stout
In 1717, Blackbeard made La Concorde into his flagship, added a cannon and renamed her Queen Anne's Revenge. Blackbeard sailed from the west coast of Africa to the Caribbean, attacking merchant ships along the way.
Blackbeard used Queen Anne’s Revenge for less than a year before running it aground. In her infamous honor, we seized a treasure of our own and crafted an imperial stout with roasted, chocolate and dark chocolate malts that give it a rich dark roasted coffee profile.
